Differential DNA methylation in the ruminal wall of Italian Mediterranean dairy buffaloes fed green forage

With this study, we aimed to identify genomic regions differentially methylated in the ruminal wall of Italian Mediterranean dairy buffaloes fed green forage [total mixed ration (TMR) + ryegrass green feed (30% of diet)], in comparison with animals that received a standard TMR, through Reduced Representation Bisulfite Sequencing (RRBS).
