利用共享单车的用户使用数据进行运算,给单车标记为运动款共享单车或便捷款共享单车,为用户提供使用选择,满足用户使用需求。1、数据采集:记录ID,用户ID,车辆编号,起始纬度,起始经度,开始时间,结束纬度,结束经度,结束时间,骑行距离(米),骑行时长(分钟)。 2、数据处理:对采集到的原始数据进行处理,去除缺失和异常数据,对获取任一捷款共享单车最近3个月每次骑行的速度的数据,剔除10%最高数据、10%最低数据,对剔除后速度值小于B的进行加权处理。3、数据分析:处理后的数据计算平均值即是长期用户平均速度C,便捷款共享单车的标准速度为A(100m/min),运动款共享单车的标准速度B(200m/min),当C大于(A+B)/2时候,所述便捷款共享单车重新标记为运动款共享单车。 4、数据应用:根据该算法为运动单车打标签,可标记为运动款共享单车或便捷款共享单车,为用户提供使用选择,满足用户使用需求。

This dataset leverages user usage data of shared bikes for computational analysis, aiming to tag bikes as either sporty shared bikes or convenient shared bikes, so as to provide users with targeted usage options to meet their riding demands. 1. Data Collection: The recorded fields include record ID, user ID, vehicle number, starting latitude, starting longitude, start time, ending latitude, ending longitude, end time, riding distance (in meters), and riding duration (in minutes). 2. Data Preprocessing: Process the collected raw data by removing missing and abnormal entries. For the speed data of each ride of any convenient shared bike over the latest 3 months, eliminate the top 10% and bottom 10% of the dataset, then perform weighted processing on the remaining speed values that are less than B. 3. Data Analysis: Calculate the average of the processed data, which is the long-term average user speed C. The standard speed for convenient shared bikes is set as A (100 m/min), and the standard speed for sporty shared bikes is set as B (200 m/min). When C exceeds (A+B)/2, the corresponding convenient shared bike will be re-tagged as a sporty shared bike. 4. Data Application: Tag bikes using the aforementioned algorithm to classify them into either sporty shared bikes or convenient shared bikes, providing users with clear usage choices to meet their actual riding needs.
