Vulgaris is a textual dataset focusing on medieval Italian linguistic variants, jointly developed by the University of Florence and the University of Siena. It contains literary works by Italian authors from various regions spanning from 1200 to 1600, with a total of 6,820 records. This dataset not only facilitates research on the diachronic evolution and dialectal differences of the Italian language, but also supports studies on the stylistic features of individual authors.
