Development plan Neugraben-Fischbek 55 3rd amendment Hamburg

The law on the development plan Neugraben-Fischbek 55 of 21 May 1980 (HmbGVBl. 60), as last amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. pp. 494, 505), is amended as follows: 1. The annexed "Annex to the Third Ordinance amending the Act on the development plan Neugraben-Fischbek 55" is added to the Act. 2. In § 2, the following point 5 is added: "5. The following applies to the shaded areas shown in the annex: In the industrial area, brothels and brothel-type establishments shall be prohibited."1980年5月21日发布的《诺伊格拉本-菲施贝克55号发展规划法案》（Neugraben-Fischbek 55，汉堡州法律与规章公报（HmbGVBl.）第60号），经1997年11月4日最新修订（汉堡州法律与规章公报（HmbGVBl.）第494、505页），现作出如下修改： 1. 将所附《〈诺伊格拉本-菲施贝克55号发展规划法案〉第三次修订条例附件》增补至本法案。 2. 在第2条中新增如下第5款： “5. 附件所示阴影区域适用以下规定：在工业区内，禁止设立妓院及类妓院场所。”
