LiderA for retail buildings stakeholder inquiry

A stakeholder inquiry was carried out mostly to retail professionals and project teams (n=64), to assess which sustainability areas were considered by them as most important in building certification. The results of the inquiry did not serve to alter the current weight structure in the original LiderA method (nor in the present development of the LiderA method for retail buildings) but offer perspective on emerging stakeholder trends with regards to the importance of sustainability criteria in BSA methods.

本研究开展了一项利益相关方调研，主要面向零售行业从业者与项目团队（有效样本量n=64），旨在评估他们认为建筑认证中最为重要的可持续发展领域。本次调研结果并未用于修改原有LiderA方法的现行权重体系，亦未用于当前面向零售建筑的LiderA方法开发工作，但其为建筑可持续性评估（Building Sustainability Assessment, BSA）方法框架下，可持续性指标重要性相关的新兴利益相关方趋势提供了研究视角。
