This dataset supports the manuscript titled “Data-Driven Evaluation of Borehole Geometry Effects on Drilling Parameters in Unstable Formations”, submitted to Petroleum Science and Technology. It includes processed field data from eight oil and gas wells and a Python script used to classify borehole geometry based on caliper log readings. The dataset contains key drilling parameters such as weight on bit (WOB), rotary speed (RPM), torque, standpipe pressure, and equivalent circulating density (ECD), all organized for borehole condition analysis. These resources enable replication of the statistical and predictive modeling performed in the study.
