Computational pathology annotation enhances the resolution and interpretation of breast cancer spatial transcriptomics data

This dataset contains two zipped folders: images spaceranger outputs needed to reproduce the paper entitled "Computational pathology annotation enhances the resolution and interpretation of breast cancer spatial transcriptomics data". A README file accompanies each folder with details on the files within that folder.
