Community and public health medicine in Norway - Telephone interviews 2001-2002

Telephone Interviews with the mayor, city manager, public health practicioner and general practitioner in respectively 90 and 60 municipalities (2001 and 2002), a total of 360 and 240 people. The objective of this study was to describe and explore the local public health's work and framework over time, in relation to workload, work content and mobility in the labor market. Furthermore, how were primary physicians' tasks prioritized before and after implementation of the GP scheme, with special emphasis on the compound preventive health care in the municipalities.

本数据集通过电话访谈采集数据：分别于2001年和2002年，对90个和60个市镇的市长、市政经理、公共卫生从业者以及全科医生（General Practitioner, GP）开展访谈，累计受访人数分别为360人和240人。本研究旨在描述并探究地方公共卫生工作的开展模式与制度框架随时间的演变特征，及其与工作负荷、工作内容及劳动力市场流动性之间的相关性；此外，本研究还将分析全科医生制度实施前后基层医师的工作任务优先级设置情况，并重点关注市镇层面的整合型预防性卫生保健服务。
