Microarray data of EOPE&control plancenta

This is a subset of GSE35574 on Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database. The matrix contains microarray data of placental tissue from early onset preeclampsia (EOPE) and control pregnancies. Early onset preeclampsia (EOPE) was defined as onset of the disease before 34 weeks of gestation (between 20 and 34 completed gestational weeks). More details can be found on GEO.
