Changes of intestinal flora in cholestatic liver disease and the changes after JTE-013 intervention

We investigated the microflora changes in cholestatic liver disease and the changes in intestinal microflora induced by S1PR2 inhibitors. We used CBDL model to explore the changes of microflora, and divided the rats into 3 groups, sham group, CBDL group and JTE-013 group to explore the changes of microflora in the three groups.

本研究探究了胆汁淤积性肝病中的菌群变化，以及S1PR2（鞘氨醇1-磷酸受体2）抑制剂诱导的肠道菌群改变。实验采用胆总管结扎（common bile duct ligation, CBDL）模型，将大鼠分为假手术组、胆总管结扎组与JTE-013组共3组，以此分析三组大鼠的菌群变化情况。
