WGS metagenomics data of oral cavity microbiome of patients with mild and severe periodontitis

This is raw WGS reads of oral cavity microbiome of patients with mild (n=13) and severe (n=15) periodontitis collected in Kuskovo Multiprofile Clinical Medical Center, A.I. Evdokimov Moscow State Medical University. Patients' diagnosis was confirmed and stage severity was assessed with CT scan of oral cavity and with RT-PCR for P.gingivalis detection, also questionnaire was used when creating study cohort. DNA was isolated with Sorb GMO-A kit (Syntol, Russia), libraries were prepared with MGIEasy Fast FS DNA Library Prep Set kit, reads were sequenced with DNBSEQ-G400 and DNBSEQ-G400RS High-throughput Sequencing Kit.
