资源简介:
The groups with the highest tumor incidences, M3-HBx and Ct-HBx, were involved. WT-HBx and empty vector mice served as the control group. In total, 12 tissues of Sleeping Beauty mice models were involved in microarray analysis, including 3 liver tissues from the empty vector group,3 liver tissues from the WT-HBx group, 3 tumor tissues from the M3-HBx group, and 3 tumor tissues from the Ct-HBx group. The samples were randomly selected from each group. HBx fragments (WT/M3/Ct) or empty vector were delivered into Fah deficient mice with Sleeping Beauty transposon system at 8-10 weeks of age . After 150 days, the mice were anesthetized with carbon dioxide and sacrificed. All the RNA from their liver or tumor are extracted for gene expression chips.
