VideoSet

This dataset consists of 220 5-second video sequences with four resolutions: 1920×1080, 1280×720, 960×540 and 640×360. Each of the 880 video clips is encoded using the H.264 codec with QP values ranging from 1 to 51, and the top three JND points of each clip are measured by over 30 subjects via subjective tests. The dataset is named VideoSet, which is the acronym for "Video Subject Evaluation Test (SET)".
