Example NaCl, Vanadium, and background datasets from ISIS SXD

Example datasets of NaCl, Vanadium, and an empty background run generated using SXD at the ISIS Neutron and Muon Source. Each dataset is given in the TOFRAW format (.nxs), and original ISIS RAW format (.raw) (see ISIS file formats). Datasets were recorded 12/2020. Files can be read using Open Genie (RAW only), Mantid, and DIALS/isis_utils. The main purpose of this dataset is for use in automated testing for DIALS/isis_utils.本数据集包含氯化钠（NaCl）、钒以及在ISIS中子与缪源（ISIS Neutron and Muon Source）上使用SXD采集的空白本底运行数据。每个数据集均提供TOFRAW格式（.nxs）与原始ISIS RAW格式（.raw）文件（详见ISIS文件格式说明）。数据集采集于2020年12月。该类文件可通过Open Genie（仅支持RAW格式）、Mantid以及DIALS/isis_utils进行读取。本数据集的核心用途为DIALS/isis_utils的自动化测试工作。
