LDA results of using circadian parameters / gene expression values to discriminate between high and low drug sensitivity (IC50 values) of various drugs. IC50 values were obtained from CCLE.利用昼夜节律参数与基因表达值区分多种药物高、低药物敏感性（以半数抑制浓度IC50值为衡量标准）的线性判别分析（Linear Discriminant Analysis，LDA）结果。其中半数抑制浓度（IC50）数据取自癌症细胞系百科全书（Cancer Cell Line Encyclopedia，CCLE）。
