We found that HFD inhibit the homeostasis of skin Tregs. The goal of this study is to investigate the mechanism by which HFD dysregulates skin Tregs 6-8-week-old Pparg-Tdt Foxp3-thy1.1 mice were fed on normal chow diet (NCD) or HFD for 16 weeks. Tregs from the ears were sorted for RNA-Seq.
