Whole genome sequencing of sheep blood

In this study, sheep were used as model animals, and the DNBSEQ-T7 sequencer was employed to perform whole-genome resequencing of sheep blood samples. The aim was to screen for genes related to colostrum characteristics, which will provide insights for improving both the yield and quality of colostrum in sheep, as well as for targeting high-efficiency lactating sheep breeds.
