THE IMPORTANCE OF CLINICAL EXAMINATION IN THE ORIGIN OF NUTRITIONAL DEFICIENCIES IN PRODUCTIVE COWS

The article investigates cases of infertility in cows raised in cattle-breeding farms of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. The research included obstetric-gynecological dispensation of pregnant and newly calved cows, analysis of the dynamics of clinical signs, and evaluation of the main hematological parameters. The obtained results showed that at the onset of lactation, cows often experience an inability to adapt to increased physiological load, disruptions in metabolic processes, and hematological changes associated with alimentary and climatic factors. The study confirms the importance of clinical and hematological examinations for the early detection and prevention of infertility.本研究针对卡拉卡尔帕克斯坦共和国（Republic of Karakalpakstan）肉牛养殖农场饲养奶牛的不孕病例开展调查。研究内容涵盖妊娠及刚产犊奶牛的产科妇科检查与处置、临床症状动态变化分析，以及主要血液学参数的评估。结果显示，在泌乳初期，奶牛常难以适应升高的生理负荷，出现代谢过程紊乱，并发生与日粮及气候因素相关的血液学改变。本研究证实，临床与血液学检查对于奶牛不孕的早期发现与预防具有重要意义。
