Supplementary Video 4

Supplementary video four provides an example of segementation of a ReaChR pupal heart that is undergoing light stimulation. The left side provides the segmented ground truth overlayed onto the optical coherence microcscopy video, the ground truth mask by itself (red), the FlyNet 2.0+ mask (blue) and the overlap between the two (purple). The right side shows IOU (top), area (middle), and heart rate (bottom) over time.
