Nomenclature of fisheries and aquaculture products (NPA)

Each type of products and services obtained as a result of the extraction of aquatic bioresources is classified as a separate type of product in accordance with the biological properties and peculiarities of their use, the specifics of the services provided. Implementation of NPA provides: systematization and grouping (generalization) of fisheries and aquaculture products and services; conducting conjuncture observations, continuous and thematic censuses in agriculture and fisheries; carrying out accounting, analysis and preparation for publication of statistical data on fisheries at different levels of detail; calculations on the consumption of fish and fish products by the population, the balance of demand and supply of fish and fish products, calculations of other indicators, in particular, according to the institutional sectors of the economy in accordance with the methodology of the system of national accounts (SNA). Order of the State Statistics Service dated 11.11.2020 Ü 325 http://www.ukrstat.gov.ua/norm_doc/2020/325/325_2020.htm依据水生生物资源捕捞所获各类产品与服务的生物学特性、使用特点及所提供服务的特殊性，将其划分为独立的产品类别。 本规范性与方法性规定（NPA）的实施可实现以下功能： 1. 对渔业及水产养殖产品与服务进行系统化梳理与归类（概括归纳）； 2. 开展农业与渔业领域的市场行情观测、经常性普查及专题普查； 3. 开展不同细化层级下渔业统计数据的核算、分析及发布筹备工作； 4. 依据国民经济核算体系（SNA）的方法论，开展居民鱼及鱼制品消费量核算、鱼及鱼制品供需平衡测算及其他相关指标计算工作，尤其可针对经济机构部门开展相关测算。 乌克兰国家统计署2020年11月11日第325号命令，详见：http://www.ukrstat.gov.ua/norm_doc/2020/325/325_2020.htm
