Functional annotation using an annotated assembly of the <i>Sitobion avenae</i> (SA3 clone) genome from PacBio HiFi data. Primary assembly generated using hifiasm assembler. Functional annotation of predicted proteins was carried out with InterProScan (v5.51-85.0)
