This study conducts statistical analysis on consumption data from tea e-commerce mini-programs to classify users' consumption levels and develop user tags, providing data support for enterprises in tea procurement, as well as determining the tea demand of consumers across regions and the allocation volumes of different tea brands, categories and specifications. This data analysis is of great significance for tea enterprises in terms of operation, supply management and online marketing decision-making, and holds substantial promotional value for the entire tea industry. 1. Data Collection: Collect relevant tea transaction data from individual customers across each year. 2. Data Processing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data including the current order amount (yuan), total historical purchase amount (yuan) and total consumption amount (yuan) to facilitate subsequent analytical work. 3. Proportion Calculation: Calculate the proportion of an individual user's tea consumption amount to the total tea consumption amount, with the formula: Consumption proportion p = (purchase amount / total consumption amount) * 100; 4. Data Analysis: Classify users based on the calculated consumption proportion p into the following tiers: "Level A Consumption" if p ≥ 0.4%; "Level B Consumption" if 0.3% ≤ p < 0.4%; "Level C Consumption" if 0.2% ≤ p < 0.3%; "Level D Consumption" if 0.1% ≤ p < 0.2%; "Level E Consumption" if p < 0.1%.
