Graduate survey 2023 - Half a Year After Graduation

The Graduate Survey 2023 - Half a Year After Graduation is a survey conducted by Nordic Institute for Studies in Innovation, Research and Education(NIFU). The study examines the transition from education to employment among individuals who completed a master’s degree in the spring of 2023. Candidate surveys are divided into two categories: six-month surveys and specialized surveys. The six-month surveys are conducted by NIFU every other year, targeting individuals with a master’s degree six months after graduation. These surveys encompass most groups of graduates holding advanced degrees from Norwegian educational institutions.

The surveys provide valuable insights into the labor market situation of recent graduates. Since 2007, the survey has also included questions about candidates' evaluations of their education, their educational institutions, and the extent to which they found their studies relevant to the needs of the labor market. Most of the questions have remained unchanged over time, allowing the six-month surveys to serve as a solid foundation for reliable time series data.

《2023年毕业生毕业半年后调查》由北欧创新、研究与教育研究所（Nordic Institute for Studies in Innovation, Research and Education, NIFU）开展。本研究聚焦2023年春季完成硕士学位的群体，考察其从教育向就业的过渡情况。本次调查的问卷分为两类：半年期调查与专项调查。其中半年期调查为NIFU每两年开展一次的常规项目，调查对象为毕业半年后的硕士毕业生，覆盖挪威教育机构内绝大多数高级学位毕业生群体。
该调查可为近年毕业生的劳动力市场现状提供极具价值的洞察。
自2007年起，本次调查还增设了关于毕业生对自身教育经历、就读院校的评价，以及所学内容与劳动力市场需求契合程度的相关问题。由于多数问卷问题长期保持稳定，半年期调查可作为构建可靠时间序列数据的坚实基础。
