The mechanism by which MMP28 regulates cytokine secretion remains unclear. In our previous study, we found that MMP28 can regulate the expression and secretion of IL-8 and VEGFA in pancreatic cancer cells, and in order to further explore the specific mechanisms involved, we performed transcriptome sequencing. The control group was treated with null virus transfection and the experimental group was treated with MMP28 overexpressing lentivirus
