The catalog of metagenome-assembled genomes from porcine gut microbiota between Lantang and Landrace breeds

The early development of intestinal microbiota plays a fundamental role in host health and development. To investigate the differences in the intestinal microbial composition between Lantang and Landrace newborn piglets, we sequenced the jejunal and colonic microbiota of Lantang and landrace newborn.
