ROV cruises of the pockmarks Chez-le-Bart (CB), Treytel (TR), and La Lance (LL) in Lake Neuchatel, Switzerland in 2017@en

A Remotely Operated Vehicle (RB600, Eprons Latvia) was used to survey the giant pockmarks. The ROV was equipped with a 360° sonar (SeaPrince, Tritech) and registered video material in VHS and HD quality. A light CTD probe (DCX-22-CTD, Keller Switzerland) was mounted on the ROV that continuously logged (2s interval) the temperature and the electrical conductivity of the water, as well as the pressure that was later transformed into water depth.本研究采用遥控无人潜水器（Remotely Operated Vehicle，简称ROV，型号RB600，产自拉脱维亚Eprons公司）对巨型海底麻坑开展调查。该ROV搭载360°声呐（SeaPrince，Tritech公司），并录制了VHS格式与高清（HD）画质的视频素材。该ROV还安装了轻型温盐深（Conductivity-Temperature-Depth，简称CTD）探针（型号DCX-22-CTD，产自瑞士Keller公司），该探针以2秒的采样间隔持续记录水体温度、电导率数据，同时同步记录压力数据，后续可将该压力数据转换为水深数值。
