Comparison of gene regulation in P. pastoris cultivated with methanol/glycerol or glucose as carbon source in chemostat to transcriptomics data obtained in fed batch cultivation with methanol glycerol or glucose as carbon source. Average fold changes and P values of regulation patterns for methanol vs glycerol and methanol vs glucose 1 h our after starting the methanol feed are shown. Average values derive from three biological replicates per condition.
