Supplementary Video 1. Feeding a high gain diet to young bulls delays early embryo development.

Cumulus-oocyte complexes were fertilized using semen from bulls fed either a moderate-gain (A) or high-gain (B) diet and cultured individually in a time-lapse incubator. This video shows the in vitro development of bovine embryos from presumptive zygote to hatched blastocyst over ~199 hours post-fertilization. Images were acquired every 5 minutes. The video demonstrates the delayed development and increased cytoplasmic fragmentation of embryos produced from semen of high-gain diet bulls.
