Variant Call Format (VCF) file

Data file containing the final (filtered) variants for all individuals that were used to build the site frequency spectrum and the population cluster analyses. Only one SNP per RAD-tag locus was included in this file.

本数据文件包含用于构建位点频率谱（site frequency spectrum）与群体聚类分析的所有个体的最终（已过滤）变异位点。本文件中每个RAD标签位点（RAD-tag locus）仅保留一个单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism，SNP）。
