This repository contains processed data associated with the manuscript "Spatiotemporal lineage tracing reveals the dynamic spatial architecture of tumour growth and metastasis" (Jones*, Sun*, et al bioRxiv 2025). In this study, spatially-resolved lineage tracing was performed in the KP autochthonous mouse model of non-small-cell lung cancer. Tumors were initiated with Cre recombinase (and optionally an additional gRNA targeting the other well-studied tumor suppressors) and allowed to grow for approximately 3-5 months at which point mice were sacrificed and tumors harvested. Tissue sections were analyzed with spatial transcritpomics technologies, Slide-seq and Slide-tags, and three libraries were collected: gene expression, lineage-tracing barcodes, and spatial coordinates. Data was processed using a custom pipeline described in our manuscript linked above. Data here represents the derived processed data from our analysis. Briefly, however, we have provided here processed AnnData objects for the spatial datasets, lineage-tracing allele tables and trees, and some derived statistics like plasticity scores.
