MALDI-MS spectra_infection with microccocus luteus_model

MALDI mass spectra from hemolymph of individually challenged honey bees with Microccocus luteus strain. These spectra were used with in the design of the Genetic Algorithm-based model of fingerprint recognition of Gram positive infection本数据集涵盖经藤黄微球菌（Microccocus luteus）菌株单独侵染的蜜蜂血淋巴的MALDI质谱数据。上述质谱数据被应用于构建基于遗传算法的革兰氏阳性菌感染指纹识别模型。
