资源简介:
Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) has become a major global concern due to the increasing occurrence of resistant bacteria in various environments, including food sources. This project focuses on the detection and characterization of AMR genes isolated from different food samples. The study aims to identify the presence of resistance determinants that may pose a potential risk to human health through the food chain. By analyzing the genetic basis of resistance, the project contributes to understanding the spread of AMR and highlights the importance of monitoring foodborne antimicrobial resistance as part of public health surveillance.
