BIOLOGICAL AGE AND ORGANISMIC CONSTRAINTS IN YOUTH SOCCER: AN ECOLOGICAL-DYNAMIC ANALYSIS FOR SELECTION AND TRAINING

This study examines the influence of biological age on coaches’ evaluations of technical, tactical, physical, and creative skills in 150 youth soccer players (Under 15, Under 16, Under 17). Drawing on the principles of the Constraints-Led Approach (CLA), the research investigates how maturational status affects performance and coaches’ decisions regarding starting players.

本研究以150名U15、U16、U17年龄段青少年足球运动员为研究对象，探讨生理年龄对教练员评价其技术、战术、体能与创造性技能的影响。本研究依托约束引导训练法（Constraints-Led Approach，CLA）的核心原则，探究成熟状态如何影响运动员赛场表现及教练员的首发球员选拔决策。
