This series consists of papers relating to staff development and training in institutions with responsibility for young offenders.It includes notes about workshops run for staff on such issues as conflict resolution, assertiveness, and suicide awareness. Also included are papers relating to staff induction programmes, rules and routines at Endeavour House and other residential care units (e.g. Worimi and Cobham child welfare centres), and notes on strategies to resolve issues at Endeavour House at Tamworth. There are also a number of items relating to procedures for the treatment of Aboriginal young offenders.
