Nostoc sp. HG1 PEP C-term genes

Nostoc sp. HG1 grows in glacier meltwater streams. It has about 20 genes that encode proteins with a C-terminal sorting signal called PEP C-term. These proteins are thought to be anchored to the outer membrane. This file of nucleotide sequences can be opened with DNA software such as BioEdit.
