BID Initiative survey of health care workers in Tanzania and Zambia

The BID Initiative implemented a multi-component immunization intervention, including digital tools and behavioral and organizational components, in collaboration with the governments of Tanzania and Zambia from 2013 to 2018. Data were collected using a structured survey of facility health care workers at baseline, midline (approximately 4 months post-implementation), and endline (approximately 12 months post-implementation). This dataset includes facility-level responses to questions about three data use scenarios related to DPT3 coverage, defaulters, and vaccine stock.

BID倡议（BID Initiative）于2013年至2018年间，联合坦桑尼亚与赞比亚两国政府，实施了一项涵盖数字工具、行为及组织类组件的多组分免疫干预项目。本次研究通过结构化问卷采集数据，调查对象为各医疗卫生机构的医护人员，数据收集节点分别为基线期、中期（实施后约4个月）及终期（实施后约12个月）。本数据集包含各机构层面针对三类数据使用场景的问卷反馈，三类场景分别围绕百白破疫苗第三剂（DPT3）接种覆盖率、疫苗失访者以及疫苗库存情况。
