Complete data set for the paper "Dynamics of the context-specific translation arrest by chloramphenicol and linezolid", Nature Chemical Biology, 2020. Each experiment contains the raw fluorescence (accessed from PacBio data output and converted to the format of time stamp in the first column, and next 4-column sets are Cy3-Cy3.5-Cy5-Cy5.5 fluorescences for each molecules) as Run_filter_#.mat file (# is data id from the extraction). Files containing picked molecules for fluorescence data analysis is marked with additional '-p' flag (i.e. Run_filter_#-p.mat). All picked files are combined into a single file (Delivery_All.mat), and manually assigned with fluorescence states (Delivery_All_state_assign_HMM.mat).

本数据集对应2020年发表于《Nature Chemical Biology》的论文《氯霉素与利奈唑胺介导的语境特异性翻译停滞动力学》(英文原标题:"Dynamics of the context-specific translation arrest by chloramphenicol and linezolid"),完整收录该研究的全部实验数据。每个实验的原始荧光信号均保存为Run_filter_#.mat格式的MATLAB数据文件(#为提取得到的数据集编号):该数据的第一列为从PacBio数据输出文件转换得到的时间戳,后续每4列为一组,分别对应单分子的Cy3、Cy3.5、Cy5、Cy5.5荧光信号。用于荧光数据分析的、已筛选出有效单分子的数据集文件会额外添加“-p”后缀标记,命名格式为Run_filter_#-p.mat。所有已筛选的数据集文件会被合并为总文件Delivery_All.mat,并由人工完成荧光状态标注,标注结果保存为Delivery_All_state_assign_HMM.mat(其中HMM为隐马尔可夫模型(Hidden Markov Model)的缩写)。
