Bulk RNAseq of AB1-HA murine mesothelioma tumors from complete responders and partial responders to cyclophosphamide chemotherapy

Purpose: To compare the gene expression profiles of tumors from complete responders and partial responders to cyclophosphamide chemotherapy. AB1-HA murine mesothelioma tumors were excised one day prior to cyclophosphamide or three or seven days post cyclophosphamide. Overall design: BALB/c mice bearing bilateral AB1-HA murine mesothelioma were treated 200 mg/kg cyclophosphamide. One tumor was surgically excised pre-treatment (one day prior to cyclophosphamide, day-1) or post-treatment (three or seven days after cyclophosphamide, day+3 or day+7) and RNAseq performed. The remaining tumor was used as a readout of response. For pre-treatment samples n=13 complete responders and n=13 partial responders. For post-treatment samples, n=10 complete responders and n=10 partial responders.
