Chromosome-level genome assembly was determined for flea beetle Asiophrida xanthospilota (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae), which has the ability to perform a huge jump, using the short-read and long-red sequencing platforms as well as the Hi-C technology. The sequencing platforms included Illumina HiSeq 2000, Illumina NovaSeq 6000, Illumina MiSeq, and Oxford Nanopore Technology (ONT). Beetle samples were collected from Beijing during 2020-2023. Whole-body tissues of male and female adults were sequenced for genome (and RNA-seq for annotation).
本研究针对黄点跳甲(Asiophrida xanthospilota,鞘翅目(Coleoptera):叶甲科(Chrysomelidae))完成了染色体水平基因组组装,该物种具备极强的跳跃能力。本研究采用短读长、长读长测序平台结合Hi-C技术开展测序工作,所用测序平台包括Illumina HiSeq 2000、Illumina NovaSeq 6000、Illumina MiSeq以及牛津纳米孔技术(Oxford Nanopore Technology, ONT)。实验样本于2020至2023年间采自北京地区,选取雌雄成虫的全身组织进行基因组测序,并通过RNA测序(RNA-seq)辅助基因组注释。
