Composition of simulated datasets.

The simulated datasets differ by the number of gene families present in the species as well as by the size of these families. The larger the families the more diversity among the set of species can be considered. Set F80d additionally comprises whole genome duplications.本批模拟数据集的差异源于两方面：一是各物种所含基因家族（gene family）的数量，二是各基因家族自身的规模。基因家族的规模越大，其所覆盖的物种间多样性水平也就越高。此外，F80d数据集还额外包含了全基因组复制（whole genome duplication）事件。
