Cα-Cα distances are determined from the crystal structure (pdb: 1GO3). FRET distances are derived from the data collected at 25°C, calculated from the simulated distance distributions, taking the 1/r6 dependency of the transfer efficiency into account.Values given in brackets are the maxima of the distance distributions. Errors given for the FRET distances represent the standard deviations, those given for the calculated distances from the simulations represent the width of the distance distribution at half maximum.

α-碳原子(Cα)间的距离通过晶体结构(PDB:1GO3)测定得到。荧光共振能量转移(Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer, FRET)距离源自25℃下采集的数据,经模拟距离分布计算得到,并考虑了转移效率与1/r⁶的依赖关系。括号内标注的数值为距离分布的最大值。FRET距离的误差值为标准偏差,而通过模拟计算得到的距离的误差值则为距离分布的半高全宽。
