DI-HRMS raw data for groundwater DOM (Hainich Critical Zone Exploratory, 2014-2022)

This folder contains direct infusion high resolution mass spectra (DI-HRMS) of dissolved organic matter (DOM), blank samples and in-house reference DOM material as mzML files. Data were recorded on an Orbitrap Elite at the Max Planck Institute for Biogeochemistry. DOM was extracted from groundwater collected at Hainich Critical Zone Exploratory within the Collaborative Research Centre AquaDiva between 2014 and 2022.

本文件夹包含溶解有机物（DOM）的直接灌注高分辨率质谱（DI-HRMS）、空白样本及内部参考DOM材料的mzML文件。数据在马克斯·普朗克生物地球化学研究所的Orbitrap Elite质谱仪上记录。DOM来自2014年至2022年间在Hainich临界区探测区域内收集的地下水，该地下水为AquaDiva合作研究中心的一部分。
