Effect of VEGF-C treatment on sorted meningeal CD45+ cells

Transcriptional profiling of mouse dural CD45+ cells in comparing AAV-Controls with AAV-VEGFC treaded mice. Objective was to determine the effect of the VEGFC treatment on global gene expression of meningeal immune cells. Overall design: Total RNA was obtained from sorted dural immune cells of 10 to 12 pooled meningeal samples for each condition (AAV-CTRL vs AAV-VEGFC pre-treated mice). The experiment was repeated 2 times for each condition.
