Phased marker matrix, in 'A|G' format, for 2063 loblolly pine individuals.<br><br>The phasing was used to estimate LD using the 'pegas' R package. The same set of markers were used in GWAS. Genetic positions can be found in Consensus Map.

针对2063个火炬松个体的单体型分型标记矩阵（phased marker matrix），格式为'A|G'。<br><br>该分型标记矩阵借助'pegas' R包完成连锁不平衡（Linkage Disequilibrium，LD）的估算，同一套标记集同样被应用于全基因组关联分析（Genome-Wide Association Study，GWAS）中。遗传位点的位置信息可在共识图谱（Consensus Map）中获取。
