BSR-seq analysis of CYCLOIDEA2-mediated floral morphology in Tagetes erecta

This project contains Bulked Segregant RNA-seq (BSR-seq) analysis data from Tagetes erecta (marigold) to identify genomic regions associated with ray floret morphological variations. Four DNA bulks were constructed, including two parental bulks and two extreme phenotype bulks from F2 segregating populations showing contrasting ray floret morphology.
