The experiment was conducted during the plant growth period in July 2022, taking into account the similarity of factors such as slope orientation, altitude, and surface conditions in the selection of sample plots. Five heterogeneous habitats were set up. In each sampling area, the five point method is used to collect soil using a soil sampler with a diameter of 5 cm . Due to the high soil moisture, it is not suitable to mix. Therefore, each soil sample comes from different points in the same sampling area. Five soil samples were collected as a replicate, with a total of 15 soil samplescollected. The total amount of each soil sample is not less than 200g. After collection, the samples are stored in an ice box, brought back, and stored in the laboratory at a low temperature of 4.Complete the extraction of soil nematodes within a week, and bring the remaining soil back to the laboratory for air drying for subsequent analysis of soil physical and chemical properties.
