Replication Data for: Stabilization of a polar phase in WO3 thin films by epitaxial strain

This dataset contains the raw data needed to reproduce the figures in the article "Stabilization of a polar phase in WO3 thin films by epitaxial strain".

The data are presented in

1) Plain text format (.xyz, .xy, .csv extensions)

2) Image format for STEM data, temperature-dependent RSM plots (.png extension)

3) Bruker sfrm format for SCXRD data (.sfrm extension, can be imported into
CrysAlisPro software). The SCXRD data is accompanied by a .par file containing the peak table with peaks for the four indexed triclinic domains and the substrate (can be imported into CrysAlisPro software).

本数据集包含复现论文《外延应变稳定三氧化钨薄膜中的极性相（Stabilization of a polar phase in WO3 thin films by epitaxial strain）》中所有图表所需的原始实验数据。数据以以下三类格式呈现：1) 纯文本格式（文件扩展名包含.xyz、.xy、.csv）；2) 适用于扫描透射电子显微镜（STEM）数据的图像格式，包含随温度变化的倒易空间图谱（RSM）绘图，文件扩展名为.png；3) 适用于单晶X射线衍射（SCXRD）数据的布鲁克（Bruker）sfrm格式（文件扩展名为.sfrm，可导入至CrysAlisPro软件）。该SCXRD数据附带一个.par格式文件，其中包含了四个已标定三斜晶畴与衬底的衍射峰表，该文件同样可导入至CrysAlisPro软件。
