Data and code for "Mesohabitat affinities of benthic macroinvertebrates in protected lowland rainforest streams of southeast Nicaragua"

This repository contains all data and R script that accompanies "Mesohabitat affinities of benthic macroinvertebrates in protected lowland rainforest streams of southeast Nicaragua." Datasets includes raw macroinvertebrate and mesohabitat data, taxonomic information (family, genus, and resolution), and functional feeding group (FFG) designations based on Ramírez & Gutiérrez-Fonseca (2014).本仓库包含与《尼加拉瓜东南部受保护低地雨林溪流中底栖大型无脊椎动物的中栖生境偏好》一文配套的全部数据及R脚本。该数据集包含原始大型无脊椎动物与中栖生境数据、分类学信息（科、属及分类分辨率），以及基于Ramírez与Gutiérrez-Fonseca（2014）提出的功能摄食类群（functional feeding group, FFG）划分标准。
