Queenscliffe Foreshore Vegetation Conservation

In partnership with key stakeholders the Borough of Queenscliffe proposes to undertake priority conservation projects at key sites including Queenscliff "front beach", and primary dune and foreshore areas adjacent to Port Phillip Bay and Swan Bay. The project will include:
-Weed removal and revegetation at Queenscliff "front beach",
-Constructing beach access points from Princess Park through the dunes to Queenscliff "front beach",
-Vegetation management within the remnant Coastal Moonah Woodland sites at the "Narrows" in Queenscliff,
-Foreshore works within the Borough to ensure the sustainability of urban habitation adjoining the environment.

昆斯克利夫自治市（Borough of Queenscliffe）与核心利益相关方合作，拟在关键点位实施优先保护项目，覆盖区域包括昆斯克利夫"前滩"，以及毗邻菲利普湾（Port Phillip Bay）与斯旺湾（Swan Bay）的原生沙丘及滨岸区域。本项目包含以下内容：
- 对昆斯克利夫"前滩"开展杂草清除与植被恢复工作；
- 修建从公主公园（Princess Park）穿越沙丘、通往昆斯克利夫"前滩"的沙滩出入口；
- 对昆斯克利夫"狭道"区域内残存的滨海月桂木林地（Coastal Moonah Woodland）开展植被管理工作；
- 在自治市内实施滨岸工程，保障毗邻生态环境的城区人居可持续性。
