Variants called for 62 isolates against two genomes (draft)

The variants used in the subsequent analyses were called aginst LESB58 (FM206186.1). The variants called against LESlike7 (CP006981.1) were used to confirm false positive variant calls around the LES Prophage 5 insertion site in LESB58. LES Prophage 5 is absent in LESlike7.后续分析所使用的变异位点，均以LESB58（FM206186.1）为参考基因组进行变异检测得到。以LESlke7（CP006981.1）为参考基因组检测得到的变异位点，则用于验证LESB58基因组中LES前噬菌体5（LES Prophage 5）插入位点附近的假阳性变异检测结果。LESlke7基因组中不存在LES前噬菌体5。
